Do NOT fax your Delegate Registration Form. Following the submission and completion of the online registration process at, with the approval of the ALA sponsoring unit and the high school representative, the student will complete an enrollment application and provide it to the sponsoring ALA/Post or High School. The sponsoring ALA Unit/Post or High School will submit the enrollment application with the $200 non-refundable enrollment registration fee. All applications will be reviewed by the American Legion Auxiliary Department of Arkansas Admissions team and Girls State Delegate selection process will take place. Information privacy will be maintained. All documents required must be uploaded into the student profile at before selections may occur.

When the Delegate process is complete, those students meeting the criteria and have uploaded their qualifying documents will be notified through email and in their in their online profile at Selected attendees to the American Legion Auxiliary Arkansas Girls State program will receive notification via email if her registration application is finalized. This confirmation notification will also include the assignment city, county, dorm, political designation, and bed. This information will also be in the online profile used during online registration. All information in the packet is to be taken to the onsite registration at Harding University.

Your completed form and full tuition payment must be sent via U.S. Mail to the address on the form no later than April 30, 2018.
