Official Notice: Girls State Delegate Fees Due May 1st

To all Schools and American Legion Auxiliary Units:

Thank you for your continued support of the American Legion Auxiliary Arkansas Girls State program and for nominating outstanding young women to represent your school and communities.  Your partnership and preparation make this experience possible for every delegate.

This is a formal reminder that all delegate fees for the 2026 session must be received in the American Legion Auxiliary Department office at 1415 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72201, no later than May 1, 2026.

All payments must be received, not just postmarked, by May 1, 2026.

Any checks received after the May 1 deadline will be returned to the sender unprocessed, and the affected delegates will be unregistered from the 2026 session.  No exceptions will be made.  This deadline ensures accurate housing and counselor assignments, city rosters, and program materials for all participants.

Thank you again for your cooperation and timely attention to this requirement.  Your commitment helps us provide a meaningful and well‑organized experience for every delegate.
